Welcome parents and students!

Teaching should be such that what is offered is perceived as a valuable gift and not as a hard chore.

Albert Einstein

A little about me!

Although I was born in Gadsden county, my parents moved to Tampa shortly after my birth.  I have one extremely talented younger sibling; Mi hermano lives in Tampa, Fl.  I enjoy traveling around Florida and spending time with my family.  Especially my beautiful extremely energetic niece.  She loves to read!

My hobbies are reading, local travel, and cooking Cuban or Italian food!

Most recently, I taught first grade and prior to that, fourth grade, second grade and kindergarten. As I move into my eleventh school year, I do so with the knowledge and foresight that will allow me to effectively address the specific needs of my students.  As an educator I feel that it is my responsiblity to plant that seed, which encourages my students to value their education as a gift.  Parents, if we work as a team and believe in our children, nothing is impossible!
